Acceptance and Integration Training® (AAIT™) is a present-centered, experiential approach that helps you meet thoughts, emotions, and internal experiences with awareness rather than resistance. As experiences are allowed and integrated, emotional charge softens, clarity increases, and a natural sense of wholeness emerges.

Sessions are collaborative and practical. Together, we work with what is present, clarify intentions, and develop skills you can continue using independently—supporting ongoing self-trust and alignment.

AAIT™ Principles

• The true self is not encumbered by the limitations associated with a narrative. The true self is a Being.

• Taking responsibility for and tending to our inner state is the source of our freedom.

• Self-acceptance is a means and measure of well-being.

• Resolving reactivity reveals higher states of consciousness.

• The integration of two opposing states can alleviate psychological suffering.

• The nondual states of empty consciousness are an indication and mechanism of transformation. Cultivating an awareness of these states contributes to decreased reactivity, increases in present-focused attention, empathy, self-compassion, and more skillful choices.

SERVE Model

S • Seek Understanding

Discover the impact of the work they did in the previous session, their experience with embodiment practice at home and the current state, situation, experience, problem, or goal they would like to address.


E • Engage Collaboration

Partner with client to identify and agree on a specific issue they would like to address. Hold a shared stance of collaboration, respecting their autonomy. Recognize that we are collaborating with their highest self on behalf of their true self. Choose and discuss the protocol for integration, complete any preparatory exercises and answer client questions.


R • Resolve Reactivity

Integrate and neutralize the reactive charge energy (TIES) associated with the problem. Facilitate resolution with an integration process.

V• Verify and Stabilize Results

Having resolved the problem, the primary focus shifts to verifying that resolution. We aim to ensure the durability of the work. Removing tension creates a vacuum. Filling that space with ease, light (there are 3 different techniques), appreciation, forgiveness, and / or resourcing creates an environment for the cultivation of healthier habits and inner steadiness.

E • Embody New Knowledge & True Self

Ask client questions to discover their new knowledge and offer suggestions for their solo practice so they can continue to embody their work at home to tend to their inner state and take them closer to their True Self.

Janette Isaacson, CPLC.

Hi, I am a Certified Professional Life Coach who works with individuals seeking greater clarity, emotional ease, and authentic self-direction. My coaching is grounded in Acceptance and Integration Training® (AAIT™), an experiential approach that supports people in relating to their inner experiences—thoughts, images, emotions, and sensations—in a way that naturally leads to integration and wholeness.

I believe wholeness is not something we need to achieve; it is something we reconnect with. When inner experiences are met with presence and acceptance rather than resistance, they integrate organically. This creates space for calm, insight, and forward movement.

My role is to offer a steady, compassionate space where you can release inner conflict and move forward with confidence and intention.
